“cOACHING IS UNLOCKING A ATHLETES POTENTIAL TO MAXIMISE THEIR GROWTH"

TRAINING IS ON TUESDAY & THURSDAY EVENINGS.

Sessions commence on Tuesday evenings from the 7th August 2018 5.00pm – 6.30pm at the Crest. You must be a registered athlete for the 2018-2019 season to attend training.

We start on time, and your warm up and stretches are very important to avoid injury and to prepare your body for a training session. If you are late please respect the program and other athletes. We accommodate latecomers however please ensure you are ontime.

We will focus mainly on teaching athletes the right techniques, build strength but also try and make it fun which what little athletics is all about.

In the event of wet weather training will proceed with an alternative program using the undercover grandstand unless otherwise notified.

WHAT to bring !

Athletes should bring along the following items:
– A towel
– Jacket
– Water bottle
– Sprint shoes or waffles and comfortable clothing.

Recovery and care is of the highest importance so if your little athlete is feeling unwell, has an injury, the flu or flu like symptoms have a rest at home, it’s the quickest way to get back out on the track.
